I’m a software engineer at heart. Three years ago I started a company with another engineer, my co-founder Ori Keren. I pulled the short straw so actually at the moment I’m responsible for customer success, marketing and sales. 

I wish I had more time to write code but I love being customer facing because I’m learning a lot of new stuff. Before LinearB I was a dev team lead, and VP of Engineering. More importantly, my partner Lauren and I just had a beautiful baby girl named Leila and recently moved to sunny Southern California.

As co-host of the Dev Interrupted Podcast, Conor talks with devs and engineering leaders every week about how to improve dev teams and build incredible products.

From those conversations and his day-to-day work as a Director at LinearB, he’s built a clear data-based viewpoint on how to apply engineering metrics to improve teams and their workflow—without micromanaging.

Conor previously spent 3+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem and several years in government and politics, along with advising startups such as Ridwell and Dragonchain. An avid writer, Conor, and his work have been featured by the New York Times, ABC News, Vox, the Seattle Times and more.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Conor lives in Olympia, WA with his wife Katherine & their cats Sophie and Cleo. When he has spare time, he’s an enthusiastic Twilight Imperium and Stellaris player, dabbles in Web 3, and listens to a lot of drum and bass.
